Orders ship the same business day if placed before 2pm MT. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your box leaves our Denver warehouse.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes assessed by their country.
Every order ships with a tracking number. You'll receive it via email once your package is in transit. We use USPS, UPS, and DHL depending on destination.
If your tracking shows delivered but the package hasn't arrived, please wait 48 hours (it sometimes shows up the next day). After that, email orders@restprotocol.co and we'll either reship or refund — your call.
We can update your shipping address before the order leaves our warehouse. Once it's in transit, it cannot be redirected. Reach out within an hour of ordering for the best chance.
