60-night sleep guarantee

Try REST for 60 nights. If your sleep isn't deeper, your snoring isn't quieter, or your mornings aren't sharper — send back whatever's left for a full refund. No proof of sleep score required. No "why didn't it work for you" interrogation. Just an honest trial because we trust the product.

How to start a return

1. Email returns@restprotocol.co with your order number.
2. We send you a prepaid return label within 1 business day.
3. Drop the package at any USPS, UPS, or FedEx location.
4. Refund hits your original payment method within 3–5 business days of us receiving the package.

What qualifies

• Returned within 60 calendar days of delivery
• Pouch returned with whatever strips are left (used or unused — both fine)
• One refund per household per 12 months

Damaged or wrong order

If your box arrives damaged or you got the wrong product, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We'll ship a replacement before you return the original.

Subscription cancellations

Cancel anytime in your account dashboard or by emailing hello@restprotocol.co. No phone calls, no retention scripts. If your next box already shipped, you can still return it under the 60-night guarantee.

International returns

We accept returns from any country. International customers are responsible for return shipping. Once we receive the package, the refund processes the same way.
